A Letter of Thank you to our Yoga Instructor

Thank you for your very thoughtful response. I am in awe of the level of detail and care you provide to me, someone you barely know; and I am sure you provide the same level of responsiveness to others, which is very inspiring.

There are a large number of teachers training courses available so it can be hard. I have taught many classes since completing the course in November 2009 and so often I feel so very grateful for all I learnt at the Kaivalya Yoga Nepal.
